En este libro se analizan las particularidades de la transferencia en la esquizofrenia y las distintas maniobras que ellas demandan del clínico. En particular, nos ocupamos del tipo defensivo irónico. Por medio del análisis de la ironía de transferencia, se detectan y caracterizan los siguientes fenómenos en el tratamiento analítico de la esquizofrenia: la defensa paradojal; los términos y las características de la división subjetiva; distintos tipos de actualizaciones transferenciales; el juego dramático y el despliegue escénico en la transferencia; el tratamiento “por amor” a la presencia encarnada del objeto; el problema del denominado "amor muerto"; el síntoma analítico.


Transference love in schizophrenia

In this book the particularities of the transference in schizophrenia and the different ways of management that they demand to the clinic are analyzed. Mainly, we focus on the ironic defensive type. Through the analysis of the irony of transference, the following phenomenons are detected and characterized in the analytic treatment of schizophrenia: the paradox defense; the terms and the characteristics of the subjective division; different types of transference actualizations; the dramatic game and the scenic display in transference; the treatment “for love” to the embodied presence of the object; the problem called “death love”; the analytic symptom.
